Thanks for trusting us with your project or talent search. These Terms & Conditions explain how we work, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. By using our website or services, you agree to play by these rules.

1. How Bookings Work

Once we understand your brief—what kind of talent you need, when, where, and why—we’ll send over a proposal. Once you’re happy with the match and details, the booking is considered confirmed.

Some projects may need a signed agreement for specifics like usage rights, budgets, timelines, etc. We’ll always keep it transparent.

2. Fees & Payment

• We’ll be upfront about all costs in your proposal. No hidden charges.

• With Us we can go on 50/50 bases, you pay 50% first then rest 50% after project is done and delivered to you.

3. How Approval Works

After we deliver your project materials, you’ll have five (5) business days to take a look and let us know if everything’s good to go. If we don’t hear from you within that time, we’ll take it as a green light and mark the work as approved.

If you do need tweaks or changes, just drop us a note. We’ll make revisions based on what we originally agreed on and set a fair timeline together to get it done.

If Revisions Are Needed

If something doesn’t meet the expectations or project details we discussed, you’ll need to tell us why so we can fix it. We’ll take care of up to two rounds of revisions to get everything aligned with your brief.

Still not quite right after that? No stress—we can either:

• Issue a partial refund or project credit, or

• Agree to wrap up that part of the job.

If you want more than two rounds of changes, we’re happy to keep going—just know that extra rounds may come with an additional fee, which we’ll always share with you upfront before proceeding.

4. Privacy & Data

We take privacy seriously. Any information you share with us—like briefs, contact details, budgets—stays between us, unless we have your permission to share it (e.g., with the talent you’re booking).

5. Legal Things

These terms are governed by the laws of [your local region—e.g., Pakistan]. If there’s ever a serious disagreement, we’ll try to resolve it amicably first. If not, it’ll go through local arbitration.

6. Updates to These Terms

We might tweak these terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll update the date and share a note on our website. Keep checking back if you’re working with us regularly.
